Are you currently providing service to the beaches in Bermuda?
Yes as long as the beaches are open we are open!

What methods of payment do you accept?
All bookings must be paid in advanced by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards.
Where can I get food from?
To order food just click on the Order Food link and you will be redirected to our restaurant delivery partner's ordering system where you can order from a variety of restaurants. Once there choose the beach you are at then start your order.
What if am running late for my booking?
Please call to inform us if you are expecting to be arriving late. We have a maximum grace period of 15 mins. If you no one from your party arrives with in that time the booking will be considered cancelled.
Can I get alcohol delivered?
You can pre-order beer, wine, cans of rum swizzle and soft drinks with your booking. Anything more than that can be ordered through our partner website (Five Star Home Delivery). To order click on the Order Food link or website.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. This policy helps us manage bookings and ensure equipment availability. We encourage customers to finalize their plans before booking to avoid cancellation fees.
What if I want to postpone my booking ?
If you decide to postpone we are happy to work with you on changing the date.
Do you have any preferred beach locations?
We actually highly recommend the Elbow Beach as it is one of the best beaches next to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Unfortunately we cannot deliver at Horseshoe Bay Beach.
Can I bring my dog to the beach with me?
Dogs are not permitted on public beaches from April 1st to October 31st.
