Beach Butler Refund & Returns Policy
At Beach Butler, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable beach experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and equipment responsibility.
1. No Refunds for Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. This policy helps us manage bookings and ensure equipment availability. We encourage customers to finalize their plans before booking to avoid cancellation fees.
2. No Refunds Due to Weather Conditions
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Beach Butler does not provide refunds, credits, or rescheduling options due to changes in weather conditions. While we understand that weather can be unpredictable, this policy ensures fair and consistent treatment for all customers. We recommend checking local forecasts before booking.
3. Damaged or Lost Equipment
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for returning rental equipment in the same condition as received. If equipment is damaged, lost, or returned in unsatisfactory condition, Beach Butler reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement. These charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
4. Refund Eligibility
Eligible Refunds:
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Equipment Malfunction: If rental equipment experiences a defect or malfunction that renders it unusable and a replacement cannot be provided within 24 hours, a refund may be issued for the affected rental period.
- Cancellations Made More Than 24 hours in Advance: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation request or return confirmation. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Changes in Customer Plans:
We do not offer refunds if a customer changes their plans after booking, including returning equipment earlier than the agreed rental period.
Force Majeure:
Beach Butler is not responsible for refunds in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to hurricanes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that may impact equipment usage.
6. Late Returns & Fees
Return Timeframe:
All rental items must be returned to our delivery team within the agreed timeframe. This ensures availability for other customers.
Failure to Return:
If items are not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return time, Beach Butler reserves the right to charge the full replacement cost in addition to late fees.
7. Policy Modifications
Beach Butler reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
